E-Care setup
Tutorial
Before beginning to work with the E-Care solution, some setups are needed. Use the Assisted Setup to do so. You can use preferred setup files to configure most basic configurations like absence reason, address type... in your preferred language.
It's also possible to backup/restore E-Care parameters. Please ask you partner.
Mandatory Setup
Depending on the functionality used, more or less setups are required. Use Tell me and search for Care Setup and select Care Setup. On the page, fill out the fields according to your organization.

> Beneficiary Management: Activate if you want to use E-Care in this Company
> Auto Correction P-2: not used/obsolete

> Activate on Creation : activate a beneficiary on its creation

> Consider old Manual Entries: override the calculation period, in the past and compute all still open manual entries

> Copy Invoice for Rule Context: On massprinting, this context will be printed to beneficiary as a copy

> Institution Dimension Code: Represents the dimension used in accouting for institution
> Default Customer Template: Defines the cust.template to use if nothing is indicated in the institution's parameters

> Contact industry group for birthday: the Industry Group to have this contact appearing in the birthday list

> Transporter: Set which official data transporter to use to send e-invoices
Other Setup
The field Contact industry group for birthday defines the Contact Industry Group used to be listed in the E-Care Role Center Foundation birthday list part.
For Your First Invoice
After these setups, to run a settlement, the minimum requirements are:
- one institution
- one object /room in that institution
- one beneficiary
- one beneficiary kind
- one stay for this beneficiary in that room for that beneficiary kind
- one service group
- one service (in that group)
- some pricing for this service
- Activate the service for the institution
- one invoicing rule (for that service group and that beneficiary kind)
- Activate the rule for the institution
