Ambulatory service mapping
Explanation
Ambulatory management, also known as SPITEX in Switzerland, use 3 official services that are covered by insurances, known as A B and C for
- Basic care (A)
- Examination and treatment (B)
- Clarification, consultation, coordination (C)
Each Swiss Canton has its own pricing and calculation method. Actually E-Care manages 4 different calculation types.
As we have to invoice the services either to the Beneficiary, or the Insurance or the Public Authority, we have to configure different HC Service for the different contexts and of course for our 3 official services main services.
The service mapping enables mapping between services received via the interface (Carecoach etc...) and E-Care services.
