Manage Beneficiary Kind
Explanation
A beneficiary kind represents a group of beneficiaries which will have the same kind of stay, the same billing methodology. You find longterm stays needing care and having care level, or resident who simply rent a room. Each kind will have specifics invoicing rules and can manage different service prices to achieve correct invoicing.
Specify the Core Business to all related beneficiary kind (generally the long- and short stay). The core means these are the kind that will be relevant as Care in SOMED. Moreover, it will be selected in the 2 Word reports Tariff Statement and Tax Statement. (German: Tarifausweis and Steuerausweis.)
For a correct invoicing, you need to specify the VCR Type for the Beneficiary Kind.
A beneficiary kind is linked to a stay and not a beneficiary.
