Manage VCR Types

Explanation​

A VCR Type is created to mainly separate the ambulatory care from the stationary. As you receive separates VCR authorizations, E-Care has to provide the different code for each kind of service invoiced. You specify the VCR Number for the VCR Type on the Institution.

Create a VCR Type​

Use Tell me and search for VCR Type and select ECa VCR Type. Now you can create a new Type, give a Code and edit the Description.

Don't forget to assign each VCR Type to the corresponding Beneficiary Kind to ensure correct invoicing.

caution

If a Beneficiary Kind has a VCR Typespecified, this will have priority over the one set on the institution.

If a HC Service has a VCR Type specified, this will have priority over the one set on the institution and over the one from [Beneficiary Kind].
