Manage Price Categories

Explanation​

A Price Category in E-Care represents a group of object sharing the same price list, so the invoicing rule will bill each Service) in an identical way.

For object like rooms, you can imagine the following categories:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

The pricing will depend on the Service linked to that category in the field Price Category Code.

Create and Use a Price Category​

Use Tell me and search for price category and select Price Category. On the list, create the entry according to your organization.

On the related Service, select the Price Category Code related to that service.
