Manage Object Types

Explanation​

An object type in E-Care represents a group of object sharing the same behavior, so the invoicing rule will consider each object in an identical way.

For object like rooms, you can imagine the following types:

  • Single Room
  • Double Room
  • Suite

The pricing will then depend of the Price Category set on the Object.

Create and Use an Object Type​

Use Tell me and search for Object type and select Object Type. On the list, create the entry according to your organization.

On the related Invoicing Rule, select the Object Type Code related to that rule.
